June Bloch

June Bloch is a leatherworker and owner of Calamity Leather. She makes unique, custom fetish wear that is sensory friendly and gender affirming. Whether it’s using small batch leather, hand selected pigmentation combinations, to designs inspired by shabari and made for elaborate predicaments, she is always experimenting with new, one-of-kind, concept-driven creations.

June teaches the wallet and belt making classes at MASS Collective. Between these two projects, students learn nearly every skill used in any leather craft.

Outside of her leatherworking, June is a social scientist and educator who takes a “bottom up” approach to social problems. She enjoys hiking, recreational athletics, science fiction, and gardening.
